BK:ONE Retreats

We take this outside.

Movement doesn't end at the studio door. Our retreats carry the practice into the wild — trained for together, earned together.

RETREAT Nº 1 · THE WHITE MOUNTAINS

For our second birthday, we climbed a mountain.

Two years of BK:ONE felt like something to honor — not with a party, but with a threshold crossing. So we went north to the White Mountains and climbed Mt. Washington together: 6,288 feet, the highest peak in the Northeast, up the Ammonoosuc Ravine past waterfalls, then the Crawford Path — the oldest hiking trail in America — through alpine meadows to the summit.

But the climb was only part of it. There was yoga at the campground and fireside ceremony under the stars. There was walking meditation and breathwork on the trail at 7 AM. There was lunch on the summit, light yoga, and a closing ceremony at the trailhead with legs that had earned it.

This is the mountain where BK fell in love with the Whites — she's since climbed all forty-eight of their 4,000-foot peaks. And it's where Empowered On Earth was born, on a simple truth she carried down: When you climb the mountain, you become the mountain.

THE MODEL

Train for it. Then live it.

01

Train together

In the months before each retreat, we prepare in the studio — strength, endurance, breath, and mobility built for what's coming.

02

Go together

Then we go — mountains, trails, open water. The training meets the terrain, side by side with your community.

03

Come back changed

You return knowing what your body can do — and belonging to the people who saw you do it.

RETREAT Nº 2

The next climb is coming.

We're planning the next BK:ONE retreat now — and like the first, we'll train for it together before we go. Dates announced to the community first.

Be ready for the next one.
