YOGA & BREATH
The Yoga Practice
Foundational Flow
The start of the journey. We move slowly, learn the basics, and build strength, mobility, and breath awareness at a steady pace.
Open Level Flow
Where the trail begins to lift. New transitions, balances, and shapes — building strength and confidence while staying connected to breath.
Advanced Flow
Continuous movement, creative sequencing, arm balances, backbends, and inversions. Feel solid in Foundational and Open Level Flow first.
45 Flow
A 45-minute flow to wake up the body — continuous, intentional movement that builds strength and mobility. Strong, accessible, and efficient: ideal for mornings and busy days.
Gentle Yoga
A grounding, nourishing practice at a slower pace — mindful transitions, longer holds, and supportive props to ease tension and quiet the mind.
Sacred Ground
Where spirituality, community, and practice intersect. Sunday mornings begin with meditation, then move together as one community.
Train for capacity
STRENGTH & HYBRID
Hybrid Power
Real, usable power through traditional strength work — AMRAPs, intervals, partner sets, and volume training. If your goal is to get stronger, this is your class.
Hybrid Foundational
The all-levels base: strength, endurance, skills, and aerobic conditioning. Build work capacity and confidence in the basics, at your own pace.
Hybrid Engine
Build your capacity to sustain effort — intervals, machines, run work, and pace training that teaches you to push without burning out.
Hybrid Complete
The full spectrum — strength, endurance, machines, running, and pacing in one workout. Everyday performance and race-day readiness.
Where strength settles in.
RECOVERY
Reiki Restorative Yoga
Four to five supported poses with blankets and cushions, while BK offers gentle hands-on Reiki. A restful space to soften, soothe the nervous system, and restore.
Yin Yoga
Supported postures held 3–5 minutes — releasing deep tension, nourishing fascia and joints. A restorative reset for body and mind.
