Foundational Flow
This is a beginner-friendly yoga class and a great place to reset your practice.
Foundational Flow is the start of the journey. We move slowly, learn the basics, and build strength, mobility, and breath awareness at a steady pace. You’ll receive clear guidance and supportive options so the practice feels accessible and grounded in your body.
This class creates the foundation you’ll carry into your yoga journey.

Open Level Flow
This is a moderate-paced yoga class for students who feel comfortable with the basics and are ready to build on them.
Open Level Flow is like the part of the hike where the trail begins to lift. We explore new transitions, balances, and shapes while staying connected to breath and alignment. You’ll develop strength, coordination, and confidence in a steady, supportive way.

Advanced Flow
This is our most challenging yoga class, designed for students with experience and a strong foundation.
Advanced Flow brings more continuous movement, creative sequencing, and opportunities for arm balances, backbends, and inversions. The energy is higher and the practice is playful.
We recommend feeling solid in BASE CAMP and THE ASCENT before joining.

Reiki Restorative Yoga
This is a restorative yoga class supported by Reiki healing.
We slow down and settle into 4–5 comfortable poses using blankets and cushions to help the body release tension. BK offers gentle hands-on Reiki to support relaxation, nervous system soothing, and energetic replenishment.
A restful, nurturing space to soften and restore.

HOT Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice where you settle into supported postures for 3–5 minutes at a time. These longer holds create space in the body, release deep layers of tension, and encourage healthier joint mobility while gently nourishing the connective tissues and fascia. Guided with care by your teacher, you’ll be invited to explore your own depth in a way that feels safe and supportive. This practice is suitable for all levels and offers a restorative reset for both body and mind.

Ashtanga-Inspired
Rooted in the tradition of Ashtanga yoga, this class follows a set sequence of postures designed to build strength, stamina, and focus. Moving with breath and rhythm, you’ll flow through a consistent series that challenges both body and mind, allowing you to track your progress week by week.
Expect a strong, disciplined practice where your teacher will guide you to push past your comfort zone while still honoring your body’s unique needs. Over time, the repetition becomes a meditation in motion. It will ground you in presence, sharpen your focus, and leave you energized and centered.

Sacred Ground
Sacred Ground: is a class designed to intersect spirituality, community, and our beloved practice. All humans and all levels are welcome to this BKY class steeped in sacred intention and energy. Our journey through Sacred Ground starts each Sunday morning with an inspired meditation on the channeled spiritual wisdom of the moment. This shared energy and intention set through the meditation sets the tone for the rest of our movement practice. Alongside your fellow BKY community members, you can expect to build strength, improve mobility, connect with your breath, and deepen your relationship to your heart's Truth.
Our instructor offers clear alignment cues and gentle modifications, ensuring an inclusive experience for all body types and experience levels.

A heat-based, breath-led practice inspired by the traditional Bikram sequence, designed to build strength, resilience, and deep mental focus through repetition and precision. In a heated room, we move through a consistent series of postures and breathwork that support circulation, mobility, and full-body vitality from the inside out.
This class is both challenging and grounding. Expect long holds, intentional transitions, and a steady pace that invites you to stay present through intensity. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and powerfully reconnected to your body.

The Resistance
A high-energy, full-spectrum training class led by both J and BK, designed to blend strength and yoga into one powerful experience. We move through intentional warm-ups, athletic strength work with weights, and mobility-driven yoga flows that keep your body strong, resilient, and moving well.
This class is both fun and challenging. Expect a mix of cardio, resistance training, and breath-led recovery moments that build real endurance without losing connection to form. You’ll leave feeling empowered, sweaty, and grounded in your strength
